Who are Millennial Shoppers?

Young guns have enriched this world by venturing into entrepreneurship, politics and other spheres. They are creating jobs in every sector. They are dictating terms to the marketplace on what to sell and what not to sell. Their preferences are of utmost priority to the retailers. They are millennials; people who reached adulthood before the end of 20th century, the last generation of the 20th century.
And they are the ones who decide the digital future related to retail because the internet flourished in front of them. The mobile revolution took shape and proliferated to smartphones in their sight. So they are those customers who decide on what is good for the market and what is not. And the millennials want the experience of retail to be uplifted in every sense. Retailers simply cannot afford to take them lightly. Retail outlets provide them the desired experience of shopping. Without a doubt, millennials are the one who have witnessed the dawn in the era of the internet and mobile revolution. They are the ones who have made it thrive and become a part of their lives.
So if any retailer understands the heart of millennials, then he/she won’t end up making a bad deal. If not then better be prepared to face the jinx that lies ahead. They are influencers of the next generation. Sit up and take notice of what’s changing instead of doing what has been done before. Acceptance of technology can relieve retailers from the woes they face in their supply chain and inventory management. So better grow or rust alone.
